What documents do I need to subscribe to the tango.lu website?
Attention: Only the account holder can validate the subscription.
If you already are a Tango customer, you will need your account number (available on your invoice or by sending “ACCOUNT” via SMS to 62000) and a delivery address in Luxembourg to receive your mobile phone, if you have chosen one.
If you are not yet a Tango customer, you will need an identity card or a passport, a bank account in Luxembourg, the LuxTrust token and a delivery address in Luxembourg in order to receive your mobile phone. Read more >
How do I validate my order online?
Nothing could be simpler with Tango, as your online order can be validated in just a few steps. Once you’ve selected your subscription, pick out your phone (if you wish to subscribe with a mobile) and validate your basket.
Finally, fill in your personal and delivery information to receive your mobile at home. You will then be asked to check your details before confirming your order.
If I’m already committed, how can I change mobile phones?
Depending on the remaining duration of your contract, you can change mobile phones without any restrictions or after paying any potential costs under your previous contract. Above all, it is important to check this information. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to start a discussion with our chat, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, who can inform you about the end date of your contract.
Can I keep my telephone number?
