How to activate parental control by Bitdefender (on your children's smartphones):

  • Activate the option in your MyTango app.
  • After activation, you will receive a message containing your Bitdefender activation link.
  • Create your Bitdefender account using the link (if you don't already have one).
  • Open the Bitdefender platform via the activation link and follow the steps to install the
  • Bitdefender Parental Control app on your child's phone.
  • Log in with your Bitdefender credentials.
  • Follow the steps to link your child's profile and configure protection.
  • Your child's smartphone is now protected, with usage tracking and secure browsing on Wi-Fi and mobile networks.

The blocked plan is activated by default to avoid any overages and unpleasant surprises on your bill. To ensure secure and controlled use, it cannot be deactivated. This feature is an integral part of the offer.

Please note that only the account holder can purchase a mobile plan.

If you already are a Tango customer, you will need your account number (displayed on your invoice or in the Account section of the app MyTango) and a delivery address in Luxembourg to receive your mobile phone, if you wish to purchase one.
