The advantages of FRITZ!Box routers
To help you make the most of your internet connection, Tango offers you the choice between two high-quality AVM modem/routers. They both provide state-of-the-art WiFi 6 connectivity, known for its excellent coverage in buildings, as well as faster connection speed. Whether you need a more powerful modem/router to stream in 4K and/or play online (even at the same time), or a regular one to watch films, videos, and send emails, a FRITZ!Box is always a great choice.
The cost of renting the router will be included in your monthly bill and the equipment will remain property of Tango. If it stops working during the contract term and the warranty covers the replacement, Tango will replace the equipment free of charge (even after the warranty period).
The purchase price will appear on your first bill, and the router will be yours. If the modem stops working during the warranty period and the warranty covers the replacement, Tango will replace it free of charge. If it breaks down after the warranty period, you will have to replace it yourself.

Which FRITZ!Box is best for me?
Tango offers you the choice between the FRITZ!Box 7530AX and the FRITZ!Box 4060, two high-performance Wi-Fi 6 modems. The choice depends on the usage. If you plan to use your connection to send emails, browse the internet, watch videos and movies, and use social networks, we recommend the FRITZ!Box 4060. If you plan to stream in 4K, play online, or spend a lot of time in the metaverse, we suggest choosing the FRITZ!Box 7530AX.
Can I use my own modem/router?
Of course, you are free to use your existing modem or router, as long as it is compatible with our network. In this case, however, Tango will not assume any responsibilities regarding its functioning and maintenance.
Is there a commitment period for the modem rental?
Yes. The commitment period for the modem rental is the same as the commitment period of your Tango Fibre plan.
