When can I get my new smartphone?

You can change your smartphone at any moment. However, to avoid extra fees, we recommend you wait until the end of your commitment period.

What happens if I want to terminate the My New Mobile option during the 24 or 36 months?

If you terminate the My New Mobile option during the fixed term, Article 10.3 of the General Terms and Conditions regarding termination for legitimate reasons does not apply. As a result, you will have to pay all remaining monthly fees for the remaining months. The same applies if you terminate the subscription during the fixed term of the My New Mobile option, unless you keep your mobile line by subscribing to a new mobile plan.
