• Manage your bill reception options: send by e-mail and SMS alert when the bill is available
How do you connect to "My online bill"?
Visit: My online bill
• If you have registered for the "My online bill" service: Simply enter you identifier (Tango customer account no.) and your password, then press "GO!".
• Don't know your account number? You will find this number on your Tango bill next to "N° Client", or simply text ACCOUNT to 62000 (toll-free).
• Forgot your password? Enter your identifier (Tango customer account no.) and click on the "Mot de passe oublié" button.
Your password will be sent by e-mail or by mail within 24 hours.
• If you have not yet registered for the "My online bill" service: Simply enter your Tango customer account no., accept the general terms and conditions by clicking the button "I have read and accept the general terms and conditions", then validate.
An initial password will be sent to you by mail or e-mail within 24 hours.
The first time you connect to the service you will be asked to change your initial password.
Security tip: your identifiers are strictly personal, so make sure you choose a password that's difficult to guess, use a different password for each account, and change it regularly.
