Tango offers you three payment options:

  1. By direct debit: You will find the direct debit authorization form here; please fill it in and send it to our Customer Service. (Mandatory option if you have subscribed to a Bundle + Mobile offer).

To find out if you benefit from a direct debit arrangement, refer to the first page of your bill and check whether "New balance debited from your bank account on XX" is indicated there.
Note: If you change banks or bank accounts, you will need to renew the direct debit authorization by filling in the direct debit authorization form again with your new details and send it to our Customer Service.

  1. By Web billing (payment online): Go into "My online bill" to pay your bills directly with your bank card.
  2. By bank transfer: Here are the details required to pay by bank transfer: BIC (BCEELULL); Bank account number (LU39 0019 2300 0222 7000). Don't forget to indicate your customer account number or telephone number in the communication.
