Follow these steps:

1. Test whether there is Tango network coverage at your future home

The result of this test is given for guidance only. The definitive coverage conditions for your fixed line will therefore be communicated to you after your line has been activated and after technical tests have been performed.

2. Starting the procedure for moving

The holder of the subscription must make all move requests to Tango by calling 800 777 77 at least 60 days before the planned date of the move.

An administrative charge applies to all requests for moving your fixed line, Internet and TV.
Once your move request has been registered, Tango will deal with moving your Internet, fixed line and TV. You can of course ask to keep your current fixed telephone number.
