I made a mistake in my order and would like to change or cancel it

The website doesn't allow you to cancel or change an order directly once it has been finalized.

As mentioned in our remote sales conditions, you have 14 days to cancel or change your order. In this case, please contact the Tango helpline on 800 777 77.
If you already received and unlocked your SIM card via your customer space, this will be considered a renunciation of the right of withdrawal.
