You can unlock your SIM card with your PUK code, which you received with your SIM card.
If you have lost your PUK code, the holder of the line can ask for it by calling our Customer Service on 800 777 77.
First, try to solve the problem by following the instructions relating to your problem in the mobile configuration tool.
If that doesn't help, restart your device.
Before you restart your device, don't forget to save the data on it via the manufacturer's software.
