Your phone's messaging application ensures that texts are sent and received. Simply insert your SIM card into your phone to use this function.
If you have problems sending or receiving texts, you can configure your device manually by consulting the configuration tool of your mobile (SMS section).

To send and receive MMS messages, your mobile phone must be compatible with MMS. If your phone is not compatible, you will receive a code by text to consult your MMS online on "Read my MMS".
You can send and consult your MMS messages using your phone's messaging application.
If the MMS service and mobile Internet network are deactivated by default, you can activate them via the configuration tool of your mobile (MMS section).
If you have problems reading or sending MMS messages:
- Make sure the mobile Internet network is activated on your phone.
- Configure your device manually by following the instructions in the configuration tool of your mobile (MMS section).
- If that doesn't help, call the Tango Customer Service on 800 777 77.
