Your phone's messaging application ensures that texts are sent and received. Simply insert your SIM card into your phone to use this function.
If you have problems sending or receiving texts, you can configure your device manually by consulting the configuration tool of your mobile (SMS section).
If that doesn't help, call the Tango Customer Service on 800 777 77.
To send MMS messages you must have a mobile device that is compatible with sending and receiving MMS messages.
If the MMS service and mobile Internet network are deactivated by default, you can activate them using the configuration tool of your mobile (MMS section).
You can send and consult your MMS messages via the "Messages" app of your mobile device.

If you have problems reading or sending MMS messages:
- Make sure the mobile Internet network is activated on your phone.
- If it is, you can configure your mobile device manually by following the instructions of your mobile's configuration tool (MMS section).
