The options available for receiving your bill are:
For a bill without itemization of the communications:

  • by post: €1.50 per bill sent
  • by e-mail: free of charge
  • by download in My online bill: free of charge

For an itemized bill:

  •     by post: €1.50 per bill sent and €0.51 for the itemization of each telephone line
  •     by e-mail: free of charge
  •     by download in My online bill: free of charge

Notification of dispatch of your bill:

  •     by SMS: free of charge

Go to "My online bill" to choose:

    how you wish to receive your bill (by e-mail or by post)
    whether you wish to receive itemized bills
    whether you wish to receive a notification text message alerting you that the bill has been sent.

If you have a problem receiving your bills, go to "My online bill" to consult your three last bills.

If you have opted to receive your bill by post, check your personal details registered on "My online bill" and make sure your name is indicated on the letterbox at your address.
If you have opted to receive your bill by e-mail, check that the e-mail address registered on "My online bill" contains no errors.
