This solution is recommended if your problem isn't solved even after you:

  1. Check the state of your telephone line.
  2. Reboot your modem and decoder.
  3. Check that the indicators of your CPL adapters or Wi-Fi Bridge (if you have these) are not red.

This operation will take about 30 minutes. It will have no impact on your recordings. Simply follow the procedure corresponding to your type of decoder (V5 Compact, V5, V4 or V3).
