Error 300 means there is a network problem. Follow the instructions on your television to solve the problem.
To solve this problem, we suggest you follow these instructions:
- Zap to another channel.
- Wait for 2 minutes on that channel.
- Zap to the problem channel.
If, after doing this, the channel is still not displayed, call our Customer Service on 27 777 617.
If the "no signal" message appears on all the channels, we suggest you check the Internet connectivity of the your Fritzbox.
If you have CPLs, check if the green lights are on.
If the Internet service has not been interrupted on the Fritzbox, please call our Customer Service on 27 777 617.
Error 1, 2 or 5 is displayed if the decoder is not receiving a signal from the Fritzbox. Follow the instructions on your television to solve the problem.
